Daily Angular — Terms of Use

Terms of Use for Daily Angular, the iOS app for learning Angular through daily 5-minute lessons.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Daily Angular iOS application (“the app”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Daily Angular, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Daily Angular for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

3. Accounts

To save your progress you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at privacy@modernfrontendarchitecture.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Daily Angular offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock all lesson sections.

  • Billing. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at the price displayed at purchase. Billing occurs at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds. All purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
  • Free tier. The first section of each course remains free and does not require a subscription.

5. Content

All lesson content, exercises, and text in the app are owned by or licensed to Daily Angular. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringes the rights of any third party.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app: Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Angular and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
